Making A Google Form

     It is an online form which is very easy to use and simple. We use Google form to make a questionaire. By using Google form we don't need to print many questionaires. We just need to share the URL then we will wait for the result. We Will get notification if some people have already filled the questionaire. How to make it?

1. Type on your PC "Google form" then it will pop up.
You will see this display on your screen.

2. Edit the title of your form. For example "The negative sides of watching TV."
3. You will see above your title there is a description of your form. You can tell the description of your form on that place, but it is optional you can write it or not.
4. Edit the question for number one. Usually number one, two, and three are for personal information (name, email, date of birth, and so on).
5. Type your questions on the place provided. You can change the types of the questions (multiple choice, short answer, or essay) by clicking on the right box.
Add the number of your questions by clicking the (+) button, it will automatically add your questions.
6. Click "wajib diisi" to make sure that the your target has answered the question.
7. You have finished your form, you can share it to your friends and so on. Your form will be automatically saved.
