Seating Chart Maker


This tool will help you make a free printable seating chart for an unlimited number of classes in minutes. You can enter up to 100 names into the Class List Maker form, and then watch as they are randomly placed in your classroom. All desks are draggable so you can make your seating chart look more like your classroom

1. Visit the website www.superteachertools.com
2. Click “ tools “ section 
3. Find “Seating Chart Maker“
4. Click “ Make a seating chart”
5. You will the layout on your screen as below. Then , click "Create a group now"

6. Set up the information is required. Then, click “check availability.”

7. Then, you will see this on your screen. Fill out the fields.

8. Then, create your own group. Your group is created successfull.

9. After creating the group, click the link that is provided before. Enter the password that you’ve made before to access the group. After entering the password, you will see this picture as follows.

 

Then, click “ create/import new group.

10. Then, create your class nickname. Make a list of your students’ names.

11. Then, click “create class list”. After that, return to groups page.

On groups page, you will see: 

12. Then, you can decide what tool you want to by clicking the picture on tools box. There are some tools including seating chart maker, random name generator, and group maker.If you use seating chart maker, you will see:

13. You can drag the box as you wish to arrange it. Also, you can print the layout after you arrange the desks.
